Job Information

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the RMS System (Recruitment System); Reviewing CVs
  • Employee referral check; Selection of candidates
  • Interview arrangement; Conduct interviews with the Line Managers
  • Liaison with the agency on the hiring of Foreign recruitments
  • Updating the vacancies rack and provide the summary report to Sr. HR Manager on weekly basis
  • Reviewing the Recruitment agency invoices before forwarded to the Sr. HR Manager for approval.(via SAP)
  • Offer of employment (follow up on offer and acceptance)
  • Liaison with Shared Services on all recruitments documents
  • Coordinate job fairs, new advertisement etc
  • Opening staffs personal file; Issuing Medical check up letter; SAP ID / PKFZ PASS / PPE Form
  • Handling new employees reporting duty, such as induction and reporting needs
  • Update the Employment / Vacancies  Report
  • To ensure all employee have their JDs
  • Have experience handling and coordinating contract workers procedures and documents

Requirement:

 

  • Degree in any field of studies
  • More than 5 years of working experience in similar functions
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written. (English).
