Sarojah Alagar, Founder and Managing Director

Sarojah has extensive human resource experience across Asia and has worked in a variety of industries with a focus on business process outsourcing, banking, telecommunication, venture capital, and financial services.

She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Nottingham Trent University, UK.

 

Dhanusha M, Executive Search Director

Dhanusha has over five years of recruitment, training administration and client management experience. Dhanusha gained her experience from a number of industries including oil and gas, business consulting firm, IT solution provider and insurance firm in Malaysia.

In 2008, she graduated from Stonebridge Associated College, UK with a Diploma in Human Resource.

 

Reenisya R, Recruitment Director

At the age of 14, Reenisya was awarded a Diploma in Accounting by London Chamber of Commerce Industry, UK.

Prior to joining ZAP, Reenisya was an Accounts Assistant with Raki Thomas & Ramanan Gerard Co. (an established firm of Chartered Accountants). She was responsible for accounts processing and providing administration support to clients.

 

Eric, Staffing & Payroll Specialist

In 2011, Eric graduated with a Diploma in LCCI Business Studies. In 2012, he went on further to graduate from Stonebridge Associated College, UK with a Diploma in Project Management.

He is currently handling recruitment and payroll outsourcing for ZAP.

 

KS Fork, Business Development Manager

Fork has extensive account management, marketing and business development experience in Malaysia and Singapore.

He was previously the Vice President – Marketing & Business Development of MBF Holdings. He is member of the American Institute of Management, Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
