As a Marketing Executive, you are responsible for initiating lead generation programs selling software services and application consulting to IT organizations globally. Other responsibility areas include Develop and manage all marketing related content such as success stories, case studies, presentation material and other related collateral. You would be required to handle client communication and management. Success will directly depend on your production rate which is heavily dependent on the ability to quickly find and solve potential issues, even when working under tight schedule pressure.

Job description:

§  To do sales and marketing of our services.

§  To bring in business by adding new customers

§  To follow up on leads and convert them to sales

§  To do new sales calls and manage existing clients

§  To build new prospects

§  Manage existing clients in terms of expectation along with respective project manager

§  Grow business from existing clients

§  To liaison, socialize and network with marketing, brand managers and IT managers of different companies.

§  To do project pitch and bid for tenders.

§  Proposal creation and submission.

Targets and bonus structure

§  Annual Salary: 60-75k  + bonus

§  Target Sales:  For Annual salary (x) ,  Minimum Target for sales will be = 4(x)

§  Bonus :: 3-5% of any additional revenue secured over 4(x) and 6% of gross if revenue secured is 2(x) more than 4(x) i.e. if revenue secured is 6x than bonus will be 8% of 2(x)

Support provided by company to promote sales:

§  Technical individual to go for meetings to support any technical discussion and queries and to explain the sales individual work involved in the project

§  Marketing budget entertainment expense, seminar or events and any other print and post needed for company brand building

§  Existing client details, testimonials, and any other references needed (based on availability)

Experience

§  Doing sales for last 6-7 years

§  Should have work experience of a medium to large enterprise

§  Should have some government sales experience in Malaysia

Basic skills required

- Individual should be a graduate,

- Good in written english and communication

- Fluent in use of social media and smartphone

- Experience in selling software solution services is an added bonus

- Should have a good list of connections and contacts for target leads.

- Smart and good presentation

- Excellent public relation skills

- Should be a team man and participate in propogating the company vision

- Should have experience in selling services to small and large clients
