After Sales Service Manager

For a Trading company based in Bandar Menjalara, Kepong.

Responsibilities / Job Description

  • Responsible for overseeing the operation of a after sales service company
  • Ability to lead the after sales service team to achieve company’s objective
  • Ensure smooth running of service operations
  • Liaise with principals and end customers on service matters
  • Ensure that Key Performance Indicators for service levels are maintained
  • Solve customers’ problems related to maintenance and services.
  • Follow-up the guarantee& warranty service with customers and suppliers.
  • Provide training to the technicians and develop their skills.
  • Follow up the stock of spare parts periodically to keep a balanced stock.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in supervisory or management capacity with good exposure in customer service, quality management, spare parts & inventory
  • Experience with consumer electronics or home electrical appliances industry will be added advantage
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Dynamic, resourceful, results-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational, analytical and planning skills
  • A customer oriented leader
  • • Strong capability to professionally Guide & Motivate the entire Service Team
    • Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with all levels in the organization
    • Strong computer skills
