For a Trading company based in Bandar Menjalara, Kepong.
Responsibilities / Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing the operation of a after sales service company
- Ability to lead the after sales service team to achieve company’s objective
- Ensure smooth running of service operations
- Liaise with principals and end customers on service matters
- Ensure that Key Performance Indicators for service levels are maintained
- Solve customers’ problems related to maintenance and services.
- Follow-up the guarantee& warranty service with customers and suppliers.
- Provide training to the technicians and develop their skills.
- Follow up the stock of spare parts periodically to keep a balanced stock.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 5 years working experience in supervisory or management capacity with good exposure in customer service, quality management, spare parts & inventory
- Experience with consumer electronics or home electrical appliances industry will be added advantage
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Dynamic, resourceful, results-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational, analytical and planning skills
- A customer oriented leader
- • Strong capability to professionally Guide & Motivate the entire Service Team
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with all levels in the organization
• Strong computer skills
